1. Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept all Visa and Master cards and Bank Mandiri Debit card & Bank Mandiri Card (with Pin). There is no surcharge for paying your treatment with a credit card.

2. Can I pay in a foreign currency?

Sure, we accept the following currencies: Euro, US$, SGD, GBP, AUD, Japanese Jen, HKD, We will use the daily exchange rate from BCA (Bank Central Asia) and we will use the buying rate available on this link: Foreign Exchange rates in Indonesia We will than give your change in Indonesian Rupiah as we do not have change or coins of foreign currencies.

3. Can I pay online from overseas for somebody else?

Yes, please email us or call us and tell us which treatments you like to book and in which currency you like to pay. We will than email you an invoice which will guide you to a website, where you can pay with your credit card. There is no surcharge for you using this facility.

4. Can I order gift vouchers online?

Yes, we can email you a nice designed gift voucher and you can email it to the person you like to surprise. You can than pay the gift voucher online. (See No. 2)

5. What are your opening hours?

We are open 7 days a week from 09:00 – 20:00. You should arrive around 19:00 to start your treatment at the latest. We are also open on all public holidays except Idul Fitri and the next 3 following working days and 1st January.

6. Can I have a Spa treatment, when I’m pregnant?

Yes Pregnancy is a perfect time to take advantage of spa treatments, even for women who haven’t enjoyed the benefits of spas before. You can enjoy most of our spa treatments while you are pregnant. We will advise you which treatments should be avoided during pregnancy. We recommend you not to use essential oils, as some essential oils are also not advised to be used during pregnancy, particularly in the first three months.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

7. Do you offer Spa Services for male customers?

Yes, our entire Spa services* are available for male customers. Male customers will be provided with a boxer short and a slip to be worn during the treatment. Our therapists will not provide any treatment in the area covered by the boxer shorts and we would not start any treatment if no slip / shorts are worn. We would really appreciate your understanding that this is important to us as we like to treat you with consideration, dignity and respect but also like to prevent any inappropriate situations between our female Spa therapists and our male customers. It is a breach of spa etiquette to ask for sex as part of a Spa treatment massage or to express any sexual behavior or comments. If you do, the massage therapist will explain that is not the purpose of the treatment and continue working. If you persist, we will change the therapist or end the massage and you will be asked to leave the Spa immediately and pay your service in full. (* Except brazilian waxing)

8. Do you offer on call services / spa treatments at my house / hotel?

No, we do not offer on call out services at your house or hotel. With regards to our Spa etiquette, we like to prevent situations, where our therapist are on their own in an unknown location with a customer, who might ask for services which are not in line with our spa etiquette.

9. Do I have to undress for Spa treatments?

You may need to partly or fully undress for certain treatments. Our staff will leave the room while you undress / re-dress or take a shower or bath to give you privacy. They will knock and ask if you are ready before re-entering the room. We provide you with a robe and slip for your use throughout your stay. We will ensure that your body is properly covered by a sheet or towel throughout the treatment and that only the area currently being treated should be exposed.

10. Can I bring my children with me to the Spa?

Yes, sure your kids can either have a massage, a facial, a hair cut or manicure or pedicure and can either be with you in a room together (if you come alone) or in a separate room if you come with your partner. The other option is that we look after your child while you have your Spa treatment. We have toys, books in English / Bahasa & drawing material available and one of our staff would look after your child.

11. Can I bring my own food or drinks with me for a spa treatment or spa party?

We do offer a range of food & drinks at the Spa and have a large balcony facing the garden or a terrace, where you could have a brunch, lunch or dinner. Therefore bringing outside food & drinks with you is not permitted. We do not have / sell any alcoholic beverages and for this reason you may bring wine or beer for yourself and your friends to a Spa Party, but we do not permit stronger alcoholic beverages.

12. Can I bring animals to the Spa?

In the interest of all guest and guest who have allergies animals like cats and dogs are not permitted in the Spa.
